This interview was filmed back in May, but I didn’t discover it until a few days ago. I can’t believe the contestants of 2008 had three hours of dinner! It was hilarious how Kayi said to Suki, “Fine, I’ll let you blame it on something.”

WuNan Tourism Trip
How has everyone been? Apparently, I do still have some visitors stopping by so I decided to make a brief update. The group just came back from their to WuHan trip filming for the ‘HongTai Goodwill Journey’. Supposedly, you wouldn’t find much pictures at this point because they are told not too upload it not until the show airs on TV. However, I have a few up to share with you all. I will post up the links as soon as it is available. Also, there is a press conference today held at The Mira. Enjoy!

Heading Towards a New Mission
GOODBYE MHKD:
Attention to all visitors. The day that I have been worrying ever since I became a MHK fan has arrived. Within the past two weeks, the feeling of either reading a MHK news post or having a MHK discussion has faded to the background. I no longer have the interest towards MHK I’ve worked for the past years.
STATUS:
Unfortunately, MHKD is on probation whether or not I still have the interest to continue the duty of a webmistress. I will complete a few short updates as well as my update my Twitter until the tentative deadline, which is scheduled at the end of 2009.
UPDATES:
To Crystal: I will email you the link to the 2010 MHK application as soon as it is available.
To Chelsi: As I promised, I will update you on the ‘My Name is Bong’ interview links that is if you are still interested.
NEW MISSION:
From past experiences, I have learned that forever loyalty doesn’t exist within my perception. It’s hard to believe that one decision has swiped away five years of effort, although it’s not be compared to those who have been a fan for ten or more years. My new mission has replaced my passion towards MHKD. It is something miles away to what MHK impacted me back in 2004.
MHKD wishes you all the best of luck in the future hoping that you will reach to your dreams making everyday life beautiful.

News 09/08/09: My Name is 邦
TVB organized three unplaced contestants including Hilaire, Esther, and Grace for an interview at the ‘My Name is Bong’ show. Did the news affect Mandy?
Although Esther left empty-handed, but it didn’t effect her ambition of becoming a successful host. Her confident and mature personality leaves her a chance of advancing into the entertainment circle. The other five contestants attended the interview with TVB last week, but there were only three present for this interview. Will it be Hilaire, Esther, and Grace for the stay?
Esther appeared in a new style with her hair cut short. Her ‘bombing’ style haircut made her look more like a ‘许愿 look-alike’. (Are you afraid of being referred to Hui Yuen?) Esther responded, “No, I wanted to present myself with a new image.”(Will you sign TVB?) She said, “I am waiting for a notification. I’ll take TVB as my priority. TVB has organized many interviews and ads for me with other companies.
Grace is rather close with Mandy. She said, “I saw her status, but I didn’t question her further.
The three winners also attended the interview. Sandy was being asked in regarding her lesbian rumors. Sandy said, “As excepted, but my answer doesn’t differ. In fact, I was in a relationship with a male when I was in England. Our relationship ended when I decided to return to Hong Kong for my family. We still have in contact.”

I can’t wait to see the outcome of the interview. Grace mentioned that the interview will be broadcasted around mid October. Bother Esther and Grace presented themselves with new image after the final. Are they unsatisfied with what TVB hairstylist created for them or is it because it symbolizes a new beginning?

Gossip: Raymond Lam 好×
Unplaced MHK contestant, Mandy Chung was caught righting “林峯真人…”(Raymond Lam’s real person…” as her status post. A friend of hers commented “系点嘅呢?” (How is it?) and she commented back “ho 7″ (the cussing version of really bad as in ho cha). Mandy was once a TVB trainee reporter, but it hasn’t help her in controlling her words.

Mandy dares to criticize Virginia Lok’s ‘love soldier’. In fact, it might affect the possibilities of her entering TVB. Even is she is luckily enough to be selected, she will have a lot to clean up.

2008MsHK Pre-Interviews: Top17
Does anyone remember Hon BoBo from the 2008MsHK pre-interviews? She was heavily criticized by the judges of her words lacking energy resembling someone who was recently released in Iraq? She was spotted at the 2009 Miss Asia Hong Kong district pre-interviews earlier where she competed with 27 other participants with only 9 slots available.
The host advised her to present herself with a better smile, but probably because she was nervous. Her voice shattered and was not concentrated because she wasn’t feeling well. (Are you more confident after the 2008MsHK pre-interviews?) She replied, “It’s a great experience.” (Are you a fan of pageants?) Hon said, “I like to challenge myself. Besides MsHK, I’ve also participated in Miss China.” (Would you like to be placed?) Hon replied, “The most important is the lesson behind it.”

I may be a fan of pageants, but I will not be pursue my life in the pageantry. Neither of the three participants mentioned above suits MsHK, but I do admire their passion for pageants taking hold of every opportunity. Anyhow, Hon BoBo and the other participant failed to become a 2009 Miss Asia contestant.
